At Awesome Sleep, we understand that sleep products are personal. Sometimes you need to try a product to know whether it's right for you.
To make this easier, we offer a 7-day refund policy on eligible sample packs only, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Refund Products
Only sample-size products purchased directly from Awesome Sleep are eligible for refunds within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible sample products include:
- Awesome Mouth Tape 7-Day Sample Pack
- Awesome Nasal Strips 7-Day Sample Pack
- Awesome Sleep Gummies 7-Day Sample Pack
To qualify for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase such as your order number or receipt is required
- The product may be opened and reasonably tested
- The product must not be fully consumed or intentionally damaged
Refunds are intended for reasonable trial use only.
Non-Refundable Products
All full-size products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Awesome Mouth Tape 30-Day Supply
- Awesome Nasal Strips 30-Day Supply
- Awesome Magnetic Nasal Dilator 15-Day Supply
- Awesome Magnetic Nasal Dilator 30-Day Supply
- Awesome Sleep Gummies Full-Size Packs
- Awesome Eye Mask
- Awesome Space Mask
- Sleep kits, bundles, and other full-size products
Additionally, the following items are non-refundable:
- Products that are fully consumed or excessively used
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@awesomesleep.in.
We may request photos or videos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email help@awesomesleep.in with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for the request
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Once your refund request is approved, return instructions will be shared with you. Customers may ship the product back using any courier service of their choice. After shipping the return, please share:
- The tracking number
- A screenshot or copy of the shipping receipt
Once the return is received and approved, Awesome Sleep will refund:
- The eligible product amount
- The return shipping cost paid by the customer, provided a valid shipping receipt is shared
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the returned package has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order after your refund has been processed.
Unauthorized Sellers
Awesome Sleep is not responsible for refunds, replacements, or guarantees for products purchased from unauthorized sellers or distributors.
