Mouth tape products are intended for voluntary use only.

Other Product Safety
Sleep masks, gummies, nasal products, and other products should be used only as directed. Discontinue use immediately if irritation, discomfort, or adverse reactions occur. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. SECTION 5 – REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. Due to the personal, hygienic, and consumable nature of our products, opened or used items may not be eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
SECTION 10 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools, integrations, wearable devices, or links. These are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, software, platforms, or websites.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or comments, you grant Awesome Sleep a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for business, product development, and marketing purposes without compensation.
SECTION 11A – USER CONTENT LICENSE
We may provide opportunities for you to submit, upload, share, or otherwise provide photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, reviews, survey responses, sleep logs, progress updates, before-and-after content, written feedback, scan results, and other content through our Services (collectively, "User Content").
You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. However, by voluntarily submitting User Content to Awesome Sleep, you grant Awesome Sleep Private Limited, Awesome Sleep Corporation, their affiliates, successors, assigns, service providers, and partners a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize such User Content for lawful business purposes, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and advertising
- Website, social media, and promotional content
- Product packaging and inserts
- Customer testimonials and case studies
- Research and product development
- Educational and informational materials
- Business operations, analytics, and reporting
- Internal training and quality improvement
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights necessary to grant the foregoing license and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
SECTION 11B – AI TOOLS, SLEEP COACHING, SCANS, AND PLATFORM FEATURES
Awesome Sleep may offer applications, AI-powered tools, sleep coaching programs, questionnaires, surveys, assessments, facial scans, nasal scans, progress tracking tools, device integrations, wearable integrations, and other technology-enabled services (collectively, the "Platform Features").
By using any Platform Features, you acknowledge and agree that Awesome Sleep may collect, process, analyze, store, and utilize information generated through your use of such Platform Features, including information voluntarily provided by you. Such information may include:
- Sleep-related information and responses
- Product usage information
- Survey and assessment responses
- Uploaded photographs, videos, and recordings
- Scan results and measurements
- Device and application usage data
- Communication and engagement information
- Other information voluntarily submitted through our Services
You acknowledge and agree that Awesome Sleep may use this information to operate, improve, personalize, develop, test, analyze, and enhance its products, Services, technology, customer experience, and business operations.
SECTION 11C – AGGREGATED AND ANONYMIZED DATA
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Awesome Sleep may aggregate, anonymize, de-identify, and combine information collected from users for research, analytics, benchmarking, product development, artificial intelligence development, reporting, and business purposes. Aggregated or anonymized information does not identify an individual user and may be retained and used indefinitely.
SECTION 11D – TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND MARKETING USE
If you voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, success stories, photographs, videos, or other promotional content to Awesome Sleep, you agree that Awesome Sleep may use such materials for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, public relations, and business purposes. Where permitted by law, such use may include your first name, city, likeness, submitted content, and related information that you voluntarily provide.

Upon receipt of a valid request, Awesome Sleep will make commercially reasonable efforts to discontinue future use of such content within a reasonable period. However, content already published, distributed, printed, archived, included in previously released campaigns, or otherwise incorporated into existing materials may continue to be used where permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, ownership interests, approval rights, or other payment arising from Awesome Sleep's use of User Content, testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, or data as permitted under these Terms.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product information, pricing, availability, or promotional materials at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
