Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Awesome Sleep account and the data associated with it. You can do this here on the web — you do not need to open or reinstall the app.
Request account deletion
To delete your account, email us from the email address on your account. The button below opens a pre-filled email — add your Order ID if you have one (phone number is optional), then send it.
Or email hi@awesomesleep.in directly. For your security, we verify every request against the account it belongs to before deleting.
What we delete
When your request is verified and completed, we permanently remove:
- Your profile and account details (name, email, phone, login credentials)
- Your saved shipping and billing addresses
- Your order history and account preferences
- Any other personal data we collected that is tied to your account
We also instruct the third-party service providers who process data on our behalf to delete your data from their systems.
What we may retain, and why
We are legally required to keep a limited set of records even after your account is deleted. Where we do, we keep only the minimum necessary:
- Order, payment, and invoice records — retained for the period required by tax and accounting law in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Records needed for legal claims, safety, or fraud prevention — retained only as long as legally necessary, then deleted.

How long it takes & what to do first
- We confirm receipt of your request quickly and complete deletion within 30 days.
- If you have an active subscription or open order, please cancel or resolve it first. Need help? Email us and we’ll assist.
- We’ll email you when your deletion is complete.
